These are the terms and conditions that apply to orders placed on the Ann Harvey website and your acceptance of these is given when you place an order. These terms and conditions may change in future, and any changes made will apply to all orders placed after publication of the changes on this website. We will do our best to satisfy your order but we will not be liable for the consequences of events that are outside our control, such as strikes or natural disasters.

Privacy

We will ensure that your confidential information is kept safely. Your contact details, including email address, will not be shared, sold, or rented without specific prior permission from you.

Ordering

Your order will be deemed to be accepted by us when we despatch the goods and send you a despatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order prior to acceptance by us. All orders are subject to product availability. All prices include VAT but are subject to a delivery charge. 

Delivery

 
You will receive a despatch confirmation email when your order is despatched from our warehouse. A signature confirming receipt of the delivery will be required. Please allow 5 working days for delivery. If you have not received your delivery within this timescale, please contact us, quoting your name, address and order number by email to help@annharveyfashion.co.uk, or telephone 01582 399877 between the hours of 9.15am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, we are currently only able to accept orders from Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Postage and packaging on all orders will be charged at £3.95.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If however you wish to return any garments for refund or exchange please comply with the following procedure:

You can, at any time, within 14 days of receiving your order, return all or part of your order to us. The garments to be returned must be unworn and in ‘as new’ condition. We are unable to accept items where there is evidence that garments have been worn or damaged. In the interests of hygiene, swimwear and underwear will only be refunded if the hygiene sticker has not been removed.

Please carefully parcel up your return, complete and enclose the ‘returns slip’ that was included with your original order. This is important, if you do not enclose the returns slip we will not be able to process a refund or exchange as we will not be able to identify you.

Please obtain a ‘proof of posting’ receipt. You should keep your ‘proof of posting’ receipt in a safe place as we will not be responsible for returned items that are lost in the post unless you have this.

We regret that we are unable to offer free returns from the Republic of Ireland. In order to receive a refund or an exchange, the cost of return postage will need to be covered by the customer. Please return items to the address above. You will not be charged if we re-despatch an exchange.

On receipt of the returned item(s) we will either exchange (if you have requested an exchange, and we have the appropriate item in stock) or refund the purchase price to the payment card used to pay for the original order. Your original postage costs will only be refunded if the return is due to faulty merchandise and you do not want an exchange.

This returns procedure is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect your right to cancel the contract within 7 days under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. If you wish, you may notify us by email to help@annharveyfashion.co.uk advising that you wish to cancel your contract before the end of the statutory cancellation period (7 days from the day after you receive the Goods). You must then return the goods to us along with a completed returns slip, as described above.

You can also return your order to any Ann Harvey high street store within 14 days of despatch. In this case you must provide your despatch note as proof of receipt. However, please note that garments cannot be returned or exchanged at any Ann Harvey concession in a department store or any other outlet.
