Returns & Exchanges
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However you can, within 14 days of receiving your order, return all or part of your order to us. The garments to be returned must be unworn and in ‘as new’ condition. We are unable to accept items where there is evidence that garments have been worn or damaged.
Returns to stores
You can return your order to any Ann Harvey high street store, taking your despatch note as proof of purchase. However, please note that under no circumstance can we accept returns in our concession or department stores.
Returns by post
Please carefully parcel up your return, complete and enclose the ‘returns slip’ that was included with your original order. This is important, if you do not enclose the returns slip we will not be able to process a refund or exchange as we will not be able to identify you.

The address above is a free postage returns service and you will need to add this address to your returned item before sending it back to us. As our free postage system is second class post it may take a few days for your item to reach us. Please obtain a ‘proof of posting’ receipt. You should keep your ‘proof of posting’ receipt in a safe place as we will not be responsible for returned items that are lost in the post unless you have this.
On receipt of the returned item(s) we will either exchange (if you have requested an exchange, and we have the appropriate item in stock) or refund the purchase price to the payment card used to pay for the original order. Your original postage costs will only be refunded if the return is due to faulty merchandise and you do not want an exchange.
This returns procedure is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect your right to cancel the contract within 7 days under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. If you wish, you may notify us by email to help@annharveyfashion.co.uk advising that you wish to cancel your contract before the end of the statutory cancellation period (7 days from the day after you receive the Goods). You must then return the goods to us along with a completed returns slip, as described above.
Refunds
Once we have received your returned item we will issue you with a refund, this will take 7 working days to reach your account.
